1) Is an internet connection required to use the app?
An internet connection is required to subscribe to the app and download the content. Once the content is downloaded, you can access it without the internet. These will be available to you until your subscription remains live.
2) Will I be able to delete the downloaded content that I no longer want in the app?
Yes. You can download, delete and redownload content any time you want. Go to Settings in the app. Delete the pack you want from 'Files' and re-download it.
3) If I delete any files from the 'Files' section, how do I get them back?
Simply go to the pack which was deleted and download it again.
4) If some pack doesn't work after download, what should I do?
Go to Settings in the app. Delete the pack from 'Files' and re-download it.
5) I am running out of storage space. What do I do?
Go to Settings in the app. Delete whichever songs you do not want from 'Files' to free some space.
